Get up and running

New to ShoulderTap AI? Follow these four steps to go from sign-up to routing live questions across your organization.

Create your workspace

Sign up at app.shouldertap.ai and give your organization’s ShoulderTap AI environment a name. Your workspace is the home for all your agents, knowledge profiles, and integrations.

Connect your tools

Head to Settings → Integrations and connect the tools your team already uses — Slack, Google Drive, and more. ShoulderTap AI immediately begins building knowledge profiles in the background from your existing content.

Create your first AI agent

Navigate to Agents → New Agent, give your agent a name, and assign it skills such as answering questions, searching the knowledge graph, or escalating to a human expert. Your agent is ready to work as soon as you save.

Start routing questions

Open the Q&A panel, type a question, and let your agent handle the rest. It scores every knowledge profile in your workspace and routes the question to the highest-confidence match — or answers directly when it has enough context.
